Guoshuo provides surface-treatment processing for customer-supplied wire and hardware parts. Typical parts submitted for review include pull-out kitchen baskets, fryer baskets, storage racks, grill grids and wire guards. We assess the actual material, welded joints and geometry before confirming the finish.
This is a plating service, not a catalogue of finished products manufactured by Guoshuo. Part fabrication, welding, assembly and supply of a complete basket or rack are not included unless separately reviewed and agreed.
Before sampling
- Conventional electrolytic nickel or decorative chrome, selected after part review
- Agree visible surfaces, weld condition and possible rack-contact zones before sampling
- Confirm coating and inspection requirements against the drawing and sample
- Food-contact testing can be arranged for the specific product and intended use
Materials & applications
State the actual base material and grade. For stainless steel parts, electropolishing is a separate service; do not assume the same plating route applies.

What to send for a quote
- Drawing revision or photos; base material and grade; overall dimensions and wire diameters.
- Weld and incoming-surface condition; visible faces and proposed rack-contact areas.
- Decorative chrome or conventional electrolytic nickel; appearance reference and any specified coating thickness.
- Sample quantity, expected batch quantity, delivery destination and requested schedule.
- Use environment, cleaning conditions and target market. For food contact: food type, temperature and contact time.
- Test method, duration, measurement locations and acceptance criteria, if specified. Testing cost and report scope must be agreed separately.

Do you sell complete chrome-plated wire products?
This page offers surface finishing of customer-supplied parts. It does not offer fabrication or supply of every finished basket, rack or grill shown or discussed. Please specify separately if you need a complete product.
Which finishes can Guoshuo assess for wire parts?
Our confirmed scope is conventional electrolytic nickel and decorative chrome plating for wire and basket parts, plus a separate stainless steel electropolishing service. Electroless nickel, high-phosphorus Ni-P and hard chrome are not offered on this page.
Does every plated part achieve 72 hours in salt spray?
No universal duration is promised. Specify the test method, duration, inspection area and acceptance criteria. Feasibility and performance depend on the actual substrate, coating system, sample and test results.
Can an existing food-contact report cover my basket?
Only if its tested product, material, coating, test conditions and intended use cover your application. A report for one product is not certification for the whole factory or all products. Project-specific testing and reports can be arranged on request.
What do you need to quote, and what is the MOQ?
Send a drawing or part photos, base material and grade, dimensions and wire diameter, weld details, finish, sample and batch quantities, intended use and testing requirements. MOQ, lead time, cost and achievable specifications are confirmed after review; no fixed values are promised here.
