Guoshuo runs an automated, environmentally compliant chrome plating line. Chromium deposits are hard, wear resistant, corrosion resistant, and hold their brightness over years of service, which is why chrome remains the standard finish for decorative hardware and functional protection alike.
Our line is both process controlled and effluent controlled to meet environmental requirements, and it handles volume production for appliance, automotive, bath, lighting, and wire mesh products.

Quality & Testing
Salt spray testing and coating-thickness measurement can be arranged to agreed specifications. Existing food-contact reports apply only within the product and process scope stated in each report; they do not establish compliance for a different substrate, coating stack, production process or intended use. For other products, project-specific third-party testing and reports can be arranged according to customer and target-market requirements. RoHS and other material requirements are likewise confirmed against the applicable product and report scope.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you achieve a mirror finish?
Yes. With proper substrate polishing and a nickel undercoat, decorative chrome reaches a bright mirror finish. Final appearance is confirmed at the sampling stage, since the substrate condition sets the ceiling.
Is your chrome process environmentally compliant?
Yes. We use an eco-friendly chrome process with controlled wastewater treatment, and we can meet RoHS requirements.
Can you plate wire mesh and baskets?
Yes. Wire mesh plating in chrome and nickel is one of our core capabilities, commonly used for pull-out kitchen baskets, fryer baskets, and racks.
