Guoshuo provides conventional electrolytic nickel plating of customer-supplied hardware and wire parts. We review the base material, drawing, surface condition, dimensions, quantities and test requirements before confirming a process and quote. Manufacturing and assembling complete products are not included by default.
Submit your hardware, wire or formed metal part for a conventional electrolytic nickel plating assessment. The processing scope is confirmed from the actual substrate, incoming surface, geometry and intended use, rather than from the product name alone.
Before sampling, agree visible surfaces, proposed rack-contact areas, coating requirements and acceptance criteria. Substrate suitability, thickness, MOQ, production lead time and testing arrangements require a part-specific review; no universal performance or delivery promise is made here.

Base materials: Specify the actual material and grade, welds and surface condition. Do not assume every metal can use the same nickel-plating route. Stainless steel electropolishing is a separate service.

Quality & Testing
Salt spray testing and coating-thickness measurement can be arranged to agreed specifications. Existing food-contact reports apply only within the product and process scope stated in each report; they do not establish compliance for a different substrate, coating stack, production process or intended use. For other products, project-specific third-party testing and reports can be arranged according to customer and target-market requirements. RoHS and other material requirements are likewise confirmed against the applicable product and report scope.

Is this a plating service or nickel material supply?
This page offers conventional electrolytic nickel plating of customer-supplied parts. It does not offer nickel electrode plates, anodes or high-purity nickel feedstock, and is not a finished-product manufacturing catalogue. Please send the part you need processed.
Do you offer electroless nickel or high-phosphorus Ni-P?
No. This service is conventional electrolytic nickel plating. Guoshuo currently has no electroless nickel production line; high-phosphorus Ni-P and hard chrome are not promoted or offered on this page.
What do you need to quote, and what are the thickness, MOQ and lead time?
Send drawings or photos, material and grade, dimensions, surface condition, sample and batch quantities, intended use and test requirements. Thickness range, inspection method, MOQ and lead time are confirmed after review; no fixed values or specific inspection equipment are promised here.
Do salt spray or food-contact reports cover every product?
No. Salt spray duration, method, measurement locations and acceptance criteria are agreed for the specific part. Reports cover only the stated product, material, coating and test conditions, not the entire factory or every product. Project-specific testing can be arranged for other parts.

What to Send for a Plating Quote
Send your drawing or part photos, base material, part dimensions, required finish, sample quantity and expected production volume. Include coating thickness, appearance, corrosion-testing requirements and delivery schedule where specified. For food-contact parts, tell us the food type, contact temperature, cleaning conditions and target market so that the testing scope can be evaluated before quotation.
We currently offer conventional electrolytic nickel plating, decorative chrome plating, wire mesh plating and stainless steel electropolishing. We do not operate an electroless nickel / Ni-P line. Final process suitability is confirmed after reviewing the part and specifications.
