Quality & Testing
Salt spray testing and coating-thickness measurement can be arranged to agreed specifications. Existing food-contact reports apply only within the product and process scope stated in each report; they do not establish compliance for a different substrate, coating stack, production process or intended use. For other products, project-specific third-party testing and reports can be arranged according to customer and target-market requirements. RoHS and other material requirements are likewise confirmed against the applicable product and report scope.

Do you accept small batches?
Yes. Minimum order quantity and pricing depend on the part, the finish, and the racking involved. Send us the part and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth running.
Can you do black nickel or gun metal?
Yes. We produce black nickel and gun-metal decorative finishes.

What to Send for a Plating Quote
Send your drawing or part photos, base material, part dimensions, required finish, sample quantity and expected production volume. Include coating thickness, appearance, corrosion-testing requirements and delivery schedule where specified. For food-contact parts, tell us the food type, contact temperature, cleaning conditions and target market so that the testing scope can be evaluated before quotation.
We currently offer conventional electrolytic nickel plating, decorative chrome plating, wire mesh plating and stainless steel electropolishing. We do not operate an electroless nickel / Ni-P line. Final process suitability is confirmed after reviewing the part and specifications.
